Patient: medically fragile 5 year old
Hours: 28 hours available | Tue - Fri | 9am to 4pm
Rate: $35/hr
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and act on patient progress and identify any changes in status.
- Perform quality routine nursing care to assigned patient.
- Perform patient teaching/training for patients and families.
- Communicate with all staff, patients and families with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Comply with all facility policy and procedure, while upholding the expectations
Qualifications:
- Georgia LPN License (Required)
