The ideal candidate will be able to:
- Support the Sales Director in managing new and existing retail accounts including Best Buy, Costco, and Target.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies in collaboration with the Sales Director.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with product marketing teams to achieve sales targets.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Identify new potential customers and market opportunities through research.
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
- Ensure brand consistency across product content in collaboration with Marketing and GTM.
- Stay updated on product launches and ensure sales team members are informed.
- Prepare reports and presentations to support the sales process.
- Manage contacts and sales activity, providing accurate forecasts in a timely fashion.
- Participate in and/or lead various business development and marketing events involving prospects/clients.

- Participate in and/or lead various business development and marketing events involving prospects/clients.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Acquire and maintain product knowledge to support products and services.
- Work with team members to identify regional business needs/expectations and develop demonstrations and presentations.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Other duties as properly assigned.
Requirements (Skills/Abilities/Experience):
- Previous working experience in account management or inside sales (CE industry preferred).
- Experience in sales forecasting and supporting senior sales leadership.
- Hungry, innovative, flexible, willing to learn spirit.
- Applicable experience of sales performance metrics.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Customer-oriented with strong negotiation skills.
- Analytical and data-driven problem solver, able to think outside the box.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working in the consumer retail industry.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
