A rapidly growing $50+ million international consumer products company headquartered in Port St. Lucie, Florida is seeking an experienced Financial Officer to join our team.
Requirements
CPA certification
Minimum 8 years of experience in senior accounting roles
Extensive working knowledge of SAP systems (SAP B1 preferred)
Proven superior supervisory and leadership skills
Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting operations and financial reporting activities
Manage and mentor the accounting and finance team
Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations and internal controls
Prepare accurate and timely monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements
Conduct financial analysis, modeling and provide strategic recommendations
Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial metrics.
Optimize accounting processes, policies, and procedures.
Liaise with external auditors for year-end audits
