Position: Pharmacy Project Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pharmacy Project Manager/Pharmacy Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various pharmacy projects from initiation to completion.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the planning, execution, and closure of pharmacy projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pharmacists, IT professionals, and vendors, to ensure project success.
3. Develop comprehensive project plans, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
4. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
5. Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements relevant to pharmacy operations.
7. Provide regular project status updates to leadership.
Qualifications:
1. Certified Pharmacy Technician, experience with 340B and Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
2. Proven experience as a Project Manager in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
3. Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, regulations, and best practices.
4. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
