Job Summary: The Regional Manager will be responsible for leading a team of division managers to conduct inventory audits for Quantum Services' clients. They will have the crucial task of overseeing the company's day-to-day operations in a specific region, ensuring high quality standards of service, managing profit and loss, and assisting with hiring needs and training/development. Their primary objective will be to ensure client satisfaction by closely monitoring the results of the audits conducted by their team.
Location: Hybrid – Remote with travel (Flint, Michigan – Grand Rapids, Michigan – Muskegon, Michigan – Traverse City, Michigan – Battle Creek, Michigan - Valparaiso, IN – Jefferson City, Missouri – St. Louis, Missouri – Chicago, IL)
Hours: Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
· Manage all operational pieces in order to ensure processes are moving smoothly and resources are allocated appropriately according to business needs
· Attend meetings, gather information, and collaborate with the audit team to effectively serve our clients
· Respond to client questions, and concerns with a sense of urgency
· Travel throughout the region and rolling out new clients
· Collaborate with your team in order to understand what their individual needs are
· Provide coaching, support, development, and ongoing training of division managers
· Conduct performance management by delivering coaching’s, verbal and written warnings, and terminations
· Maintain inventory of technology, resources, and materials and ensure they are kept up to date
· Oversee all elements of the audit process
· Ensure audits are being conducted at all stores based on the client frequency requirements in the contract
· Oversee various administrative duties such as client schedules, audit schedules, payroll, itineraries, and pulling reports
· Communicate reporting information based on quality standards and issues to all division employees on a regular basis
· Evaluate current skills and support efforts to understand hiring needs

Requirements:
· Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
· Ability to work on knees, stand, squat, bend down, and maneuver and manipulate keypad
· Ability to work in different temperature environments (freezers, coolers)
· Must be able to pass a motor vehicle check and maintain a valid driver’s license and active car insurance
· Willingness to travel (Travel is based on business need)
Education and Experience:
· Highschool Diploma or GED
· 2+ years of management retail experience
· 2+ years of District level, or above management experience
· Experience in operations required
