OBJECTIVE:
The objective of the Project Coordinator role is to manage and coordinate efforts of St. Mary's Center's Long-Term Impact Evaluation. The project may include but is not limited to strategic planning rollout, data management, and analysis, communication, and data platform rollout, reporting both internally and externally through presentations and/or written reports, and assisting the Executive Team as needed. The ideal candidate will be a project coordinator with the ability to multitask.
NATURE AND SCOPE:

Data Management and Analysis
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of St. Mary’s Center’s Internal and External Client Information Systems (Apricot, ETO, etc.).
- Partner with the internal leadership team and the external data management platform team to manage the collection and analysis of outcomes, metrics, and strategic growth opportunities for program services. For example, this may include permanent supportive housing projects, supportive service projects such as education and employment, as well as others identified in the strategic plan.
- Maintain needed database and spreadsheet files, and assist in literature reviews, research, data review, and preparation of documentation, tables, figures, and written summaries for reports and presentations to the Board of Trustees in collaboration with the CPOO/President.
- Help lead a large, intensive 30-year look back study for St. Mary’s Center in collaboration with the Executive Team and core partners.
Research and Outreach
- Provide research support on a series of ongoing and anticipated new initiatives and projects, including the development of project plans, timelines, prospective, and presentations.
- Develop and maintain Alumni Outreach and Engagement Programs to longitudinally track data used in St. Mary’s Center initiatives and projects by:
- Maintaining an Alumni network and database/platform.
- Maintaining a multi-channel communication approach (phone calls, text message systems, digital newsletters, social media outreach, anonymous/targeted surveys, etc.)
- In conjunction with program leadership and the Development Team, assist in the arrangement of alumni events and reunions.
- Assist in research to provide St. Mary’s Center with up-to-date best practices and comparative data in Shelter Operations.
- Using comparative data, assist in the development and rollout of Shelter Best Practices and Standards.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
Necessary Skills

- Intermediate knowledge of PC-based software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and manual and web-based applications for collecting/ reporting data.
- Demonstrated ability to lead quality improvement and/or process improvement activities.

- Skillful with giving/receiving clear, direct feedback from executives, Board members, and interested community.
- Skilled in organizational development, personnel management, budget and resource development, and strategic planning.

Education and Experience
- 1+ years’ experience in Project Coordination and/or customer service.
- Bachelor’s Degree
