Associate Producer, Delta Contract
On behalf of The Window Seat (Delta Air Line’s in-house agency), Heards Creek Productions is looking for an Associate Producer to help oversee Olympic and Paralympic production projects for Delta’s on-demand storytelling initiatives. This person will serve a vital role in the creative aspect of Delta’s production department. Specific tasks include collaborative concepting of content ideas, sourcing examples of creative inspiration, working with lead and executive producers on developing creative briefs into storyboards, and overseeing/reviewing edits to ensure finished products capture the vision set forth through the entire creative process. This person will work collaboratively with the entire in-house agency across creative, production, and agency partners, at times shepherding projects, while at other times, working in a supporting role offering input on the creative efforts of counterparts.
Key responsibilities:
● Drive the pre-production process for Olympic and Paralympic projects, working closely with project managers and production coordinators to get agency partners and Delta partners aligned on the plan and logistics
● Provide feedback on project edits to ensure final products capture the vision set forth through the creative process and storyboard
● Exercise an ability to follow-through on projects and drive them to completion, strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills
● Work closely with project managers and project coordinators to keep projects updated in Workfront
● Constantly re-evaluate and suggest modifications and enhancements in creative process, or develop new processes for improved workflows
● Work closely with the Senior Producer and agency partners to create concept pitch decks, treatments, storyboards, and shot lists
● Plan, handle, and communicate efficient internal and external workflows, with an eye towards constant improvement
● Be present as a creative voice during on-set productions
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)
● 4+ years of relevant work experience providing strategic production project management
● Strong editorial storytelling abilities and an ability to think innovatively
● Exceptional grasp of the inner workings of all phases of the production process
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage and work independently, under tight deadlines, while juggling multiple projects and people
● Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
WHAT WILL GIVE YOU A COMPETITIVE EDGE (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS)
● Working knowledge of WorkFront
● Familiarity with rights clearance for Olympic and Paralympic content
● Experience writing and developing storyboards, scripts and treatments
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
