DG Pinnacle Funding, LLC., is looking for a Mortgage Lending Wholesale Account Executive (AE). The AE will develop lending relationships with Mortgage Brokers in the state of Florida to offer them the company’s third-party originator (TPO) business. AE will be responsible for signing new accounts, as well as working and servicing the existing accounts. AE will also help accounts to increase their loan volumes through training, customer service and quality support. AE will work independently, continually growing a network of TPOs, industry contacts, and other valuable referral sources. AE is responsible for upholding DG Pinnacle Funding’s commitment to its partners and borrowers, maintaining a high standard of customer service and professional ethics. Account Executive will report to the company’s president. DG Pinnacle Funding is a mortgage lender based out of Miami, Florida, that offers Non-QM, as well as Conventional and Government loan programs to all our borrowers.

Responsibilities:
- Business Development
- Search, identify and sign on qualified third-party originator/broker accounts.
- Conduct daily sales calls with prospective current accounts to determine strategic fit and opportunity.
- Provide training to TPOs on systems, policies procedures, products, guidelines, updates, etc.
- Provide support and service to TPOs and their staff.
- Serve as a link between TPOs, operations and management teams.
- Tracking contacts in the company’s CRM.
- Build relationships with current and new mortgage brokers.
- Maintains sales contact, pipeline and other pertinent sales activity reports.
- Adds value by working directly with brokers and loan officers on marketing programs.
- Stay abreast of underwriting guideline and program changes.
- Provide on-going service and support to brokers.
Minimum Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Minimum of 5 years of Mortgage Lending Wholesale Account Executive experience required.
- Minimum of 10 years of Mortgage Lending Industry experience preferred.
- Self-starting, self-reliant, highly motivated, and dependable.
- Efficient in time management and ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
- Strong problem-solving ability and the resolve to overcome sales obstacles.
- Experienced in Non-QM, FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional Mortgage Financing.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
