Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions for clients struggling with substance abuse disorders.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and integrated care.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities to facilitate recovery and promote long-term sobriety.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and agency policies.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding addiction, recovery, and relapse prevention strategies.
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients
- Completion of notes and documentation in a timely manner
- Educate clients on coping mechanisms, relapse prevention strategies, and healthy lifestyle choices
- Stay current with developments in the field of substance abuse treatment through ongoing professional development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Substance Abuse Counseling, Behavioral Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field in the state of Arizona, is required. (Candidates who are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Substance Abuse Counseling or related field may be considered if proof of enrollment is provided.)
- Ability to pass a urine drug screen and background check.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience working with individuals with substance abuse/mental health disorders is required.
Benefits:

- 40 hours of PTO accrual per year.
- 40 hours of sick time accrual per year.
- Time and a half pay on company-approved holidays.
Shift Availability:
- Monday-Friday: 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm (Flexible shifts available).
