Primary Functions:
Supervises warehouse and tool areas by maintaining inventory and delivering tools and equipment through deliveries, returns and repairs processes. Oversees the Tools and Logistics team's organized and streamlined processes to fully support field and operations demand.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Supervises processes to ensure warehouse and tool requests are efficiently and accurately Oversees and maintains tool management software and hardware. Participates in ongoing assessment and refinement of warehouse and tool management system and processes.
- Inputs new tool data into Brandt's tool management system, in a manner consistent with approved Tracks issuance and recovery of tools through the tool management system.
- Ensures delivery of tools and warehouse equipment to jobsites, based on field and operations requests; oversees coordination of pick up and processing of tool returns on a timely basis; oversees scrap collection, delivery and payment.
- Conducts periodic tool inventories and warehouse audits to maintain accurate inventory and storage data.
- Provides coaching and performance feedback to direct reports; participates in hiring and termination processes.
- Performs additional assignments as requested.
Qualifications:
- High school degree, with current Texas drivers license and clear driving record
- Working knowledge of service, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing construction and related tools
- Minimum 5 years of related warehouse experience, including supervisory experience
- Exceptional organizational and supervisory skills
- Solid computer skills, with the ability and willingness to learn unfamiliar systems (experience in WennSoft, Word, Excel and Outlook desirable)
- Outstanding communication and customer-service skills
