- Reports to the Track Maintenance Foreman or the Construction Foreman.
- Repairs and/or replaces turnout components as needed, such as switch points, frogs, plates, etc.
- Repairs and/or replaces track components as needed, such as rail, ties, plates, spikes, timber crossings, etc.
- Observes the condition of tracks, track beds, and track right-of-way to detect, report, and repair problems or defects.
- Responsibly operates company vehicles and/or equipment, and ensures all daily maintenance and inspections of the units are completed.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
Compensation: 19 - $21 per hour, Based on Experience

Shift length: 10 hours
Monday - Thursday (4x10 hrs)

Qualifications
- Must pass drug screen (cannabis included)
- Can lift 90 lbs
- Must be at least 18+ years old
Railroad industry experience, including track maintenance & construction, is preferred. Track Inspection Guideline Certification is preferred. Must have the ability to read and understand specific documents including schedules, standard railway plans, and specifications.
