Job Description:
As a Sales Associate, you will make outbound calls to homeowners to present our company's offerings and value propositions. Your main goal will be to create interest, qualify potential leads, and facilitate the transition of these leads to our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to explain our services and benefits.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria and homeowner interest.
- Schedule appointments for our senior sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of call outcomes and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
A real Estate License is preferred but not mandatory.
- A high school diploma or equivalent and further education or certification in sales or marketing will be an advantage.
