What You'll Do:
Recruit and Integrate Talent:
- Innovate strategies to attract top-tier real estate professionals.
- Conduct interviews to identify promising candidates.
- Ensure seamless onboarding for new agents, facilitating quick integration into our brokerage.
Foster Team Unity and Leadership:
- Create a supportive team environment that fosters collaboration and excellence.
- Provide personalized mentorship to empower agents to reach their full potential.
- Implement tailored training initiatives to boost team performance.
Drive Agent Success and Efficiency:
- Set clear performance benchmarks and goals to drive agent achievement.
- Offer customized coaching and feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
- Utilize cutting-edge technologies and resources to optimize workflows and productivity.
Strategic Growth Initiatives:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute growth strategies.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed decisions.

Qualifications:
- Managing broker licenses is not needed, we’re willing to train.
- If not a licensed Managing Broker, you must be willing to enroll in the next Managing Broker class.
- Must bring a minimum of two agents with you to join the team.
- Proven success and leadership in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of real estate practices.
