Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and creating a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel facilities and services
- Assist guests with reservations, both over the phone and in person
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Experience in hospitality, hotel management, or resort operations is advantageous
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is beneficial
