As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for answering phone calls from customers, responding to leads by phone, text, email and social media, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones
- Replying to texts, emails, and social media messages
- Scheduling appointments
- Following-up with customers
- Building relationships with customers to provide the right services
- Listening fully to customer needs with compassion
- Answering customer questions and providing additional information
- Explaining our products and services to customers
- Working with other departments to resolve any customer challenges
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Communicating effectively with your team members
- Showing up on time and communicating well with managers
- Receive and process incoming payments
- Record accurate notes of all communication with customers
- Attending and participating at team meetings and company trainings
- Helping other team members when needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
