ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Manage and process payroll.

Maintain employee PTO balance.

Process Payables.
-
Process Receiving inspection, PDI’s and Upload Warranty documents within OEM Portals.

Assist Dispatch with scheduling and assigning work as required.

Process workorders for service approvals as directed.

Answer customer calls, generate repair orders.

Maintain customer communication throughout the work order process.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School graduate and one to two years related industry experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
