Position Purpose:
The purpose of this position is to entertain our audience and have fun! We’re not looking for someone to post ads on social media. We want to work with someone who likes to entertain our audiences while building a meaningful connection and trust. As a Social Media Coordinator at State of Play Hospitality, you will play a critical role in developing and executing a creative social media presence and strategy across all social media channels for Flight Club, AceBounce, and State of Play Hospitality.
Position Responsibilities:

Develops and executes a social media strategy for multiple brands including Flight Club, AceBounce, and State of Play Hospitality

Content creation that entertains and speaks to the tone of voice for each concept

Develop and report on KPIs

Develop and execute an influencer strategy

Test & learn! Continuously innovate to find new ways to connect with and motivate guests
Requirements & Minimum Qualifications

A great sense of humor.
- 1-2 years in social media management. Experience in eatertainment a plus

Expert knowledge in Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn

Content creation experience such as video creation and editing, photo editing, etc.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to adapt writing styles to fit our brand's voice and tone

Ability to meet deadlines and post social media accounts in real time, with minimal oversight needed

Experience working cross functionally with Marketing teams (PR, Brand, Creative, Field, etc.)
