Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, supervise, and evaluate resident care services.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Develop and implement resident care policies and procedures.
- Work closely with physicians, families, and healthcare professionals for optimal resident care.
- Participate in resident care plan development and implementation.
- Oversee medication administration and treatments.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff.
- Actively participate in quality assurance programs.
Qualifications:
- Licensed RN or LPN in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations.
