Job Overview:
In this role, you will engage new customers through prospecting calls, emails, and inbound leads and manage existing clients within your designated territory. With our team of experienced Subject Matter Experts, you will collaborate to identify products that best fit current and future customer needs. You will sharpen your
understanding the aesthetics industry, mastering communication skills, and conquering the opportunity to disrupt an outdated industry.
Job Responsibilities:
Become a trusted advisor and sell our aesthetic lasers and energy-based devices to physicians, clinicians, and business owners.
Execute detailed discovery to ensure the accuracy of the unique customer situation and to promote velocity in deal timeline.
Engage with prospects at all sales cycle stages, including prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and post-sales support.
Work cross-functionally with other MRP teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of MRP solutions.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of quota achieving sales experience, aesthetic or medical device experience a plus
Ability to effectively manage all stages of the sales funnel, from prospecting and lead development through closing
Successful track record of achieving assigned KPI’s
Price negotiation experience necessary, experience negotiating pricing on sales above $50,000 a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication
Experience using CRM tools to grow territory revenue and improve workflows

Salary: $68,000 plus UNCAPPED COMMISSION (OTE $130,000)
