Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative at Dazbog Coffee Corporate Office, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive unparalleled support and assistance with taking in and inputing customers' wholesale orders using our accounting software. You will be the frontline ambassador of our brand, engaging with clients to address product and service inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product knowledge and recommendations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of specialty coffee and contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding service in the coffee industry to our wholesale and retail customers. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A DESK JOB AT OUR CORPORATE OFFICE/COFFEE ROASTING PLANT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized assistance.
- Input and process orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of products, collaborating closely with our logistics and operations teams.
- Educate customers on our diverse range of coffee offerings, including origin, flavor profiles, and brewing methods, to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently and effectively, striving to exceed expectations and uphold our reputation for excellence.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our products and services.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
- Passion for coffee and a strong desire to learn about different coffee varieties, roasting techniques, and brewing methods.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues and inquiries.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, experience with order management systems is a plus.
