Position Summary
Wellbox partners with physicians and health systems to enhance patient engagement and improve population health outcomes with our Chronic Care Management solution. Under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, the Account Director is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships.
Essential Functions:

End-to-end management of Wellbox enterprise accounts.

Develop and execute account plans that drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Maintain frequent contact with enterprise-level accounts being the main point of contact for the client.

Manage escalations and work with other teams to resolve client issues quickly.

Reporting Capabilities - ability to take Excel data and turn it into insights for the clients, being able to understand client impact on data.

Relationship management - building and maintaining relationships with key contacts at practices.

Project management - ability to manage projects at a department level and also at an individual practice level.

Manage the daily, weekly, and monthly requests of the largest 3 enterprise clients - changes to staffing, workflows, disenrollments, tracking of success.

Lead the account management team towards specific growth and engagement goals.

Process improvement - identify areas of efficiencies and make process improvements.

Onboarding - leads onboarding initiatives for enterprise accounts (project management and education).

Work to resolve situations quickly if interruptions occur during the service delivery process.

Build relationships and effectively communicate with physicians and office managers.

Maintain customer database by inputting customer profiles and updates.

Keeping clients engaged and informed through timely monthly reports, meetings, conference calls, and scheduled visits

Coordinating quarterly data refreshes with the customer and internal data analyst team.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a regular, full-time position
Required Education and Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.

Proven experience in developing strategies for value-based care and the changing healthcare market.

Knowledge of Risk Contracting.

Experience working in healthcare or population health.

Experience working with Accountable Care organization and knowledge of risk-sharing arrangements.

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and related Suites.

Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A team player with a high level of dedication.
