Essential Job Functions:
General Function
Production Associates work as a team to ensure the timely and accurate processing of orders. Tasks include issuing materials, assembly, packaging, labeling various audio-related products, and maintain inventory counts in a safe, efficient and quality-oriented manner.
Responsibilities
· Follows engineering documentation, work order bill of material, deviation notices and/or samples during the assembly, packaging and/or labeling of product.
· Has the ability to work individually or with a group for efficient processing of work orders.
· Follows predetermined production schedules/priorities for efficient replenishment of product for stock or for customer orders.
· Locates and pulls required parts from carousel or warehouse and/or prints labels. Verifies all parts against work order BOM.
· Identifies discrepancies with prints, BOM's and/or inventory found during the packaging/assembly process.
· Accurately counts, repacks and labels raw materials used for packaging products. Records work order information on daily log and master schedule.
· Accurately counts, scans and verifies raw material and finished product during inventory activities. Ability to follow prescribed inventory practices and processes.
· Cleans and organizes production dept. Retrieves and sets up production line for various products. Performs general maintenance as required.
· Contributes to the overall success of the company by performing other duties as required, including working overtime, assisting in other departments, etc.
· Contributes to the advancement of the Production Department by participating in educational programs and suggesting changes and improvements to the current departmental procedures and practices.
Skills Required:
Position Requirements- Knowledge and Experience
· Entry-level Microsoft Office Suite experience.
· Ability to learn/understand engineering and general documentation.
· Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
· Ability to work with minimum supervision in a fast-paced and continuously changing production environment.
· Hand Soldering a plus.
· Ability to lift/move cartons and product weighing up to 40 lbs. for up to two (2) hour intervals.
· Good working knowledge of PC-based programs and ability to operate within a Windows operating system.
· Knowledge of and ability to operate various audio and RF-related test equipment for verifying integrity of product assembled by ATUS.
· Must demonstrate verbal or written communication skills.

Education or Equivalent Experience:
· High School diploma or GED required.
· Technical degree preferred
· Soldering Certification a plus
· Production/assembly type work experience a plus.
