Carlow University invites qualified applicants to apply for part-time online instructor positions in the Master of Social Work (MSW) and the Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) Programs. Positions are immediately available and may be ongoing in future semesters as needed.
Eligible candidates must have online teaching experience and experience with learning management systems. Applicants must have an MSW from a CSWE accredited program and a minimum of two years post MSW practice experience. Successful candidates must demonstrate broad competence in social work instruction that employs current pedagogical approaches and strategies. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience with the Brightspace learning management system, and experience teaching social work courses.
The successful candidates must demonstrate and reflect an understanding of and commitment to the mission and core values of Carlow University and the Sisters of Mercy, and experience working with diverse populations.
