Marketing Communication Manager
Job Summary:
As a Marketing Communication Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Vital Materials products/services, enhance brand visibility, and drive business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of both equipment manufacturers and device manufacturers in the semiconductor industry. Excellent communication skills, organization skills and a proven track record of successful campaign and creative management are also key requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Supporting and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Understand our Business and Customers base to ensure marketing is aligned and based on knowledge and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing initiatives.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, traditional channels and event) to increase brand awareness, generate leads and reinforce our brand.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies for ongoing maximum effectiveness.
Content Development:
- Oversee the creation of engaging and impactful content for various platforms.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling narratives
- Develop marketing materials to assist in new product launches, sales needs, internal and external messaging, events and related needs.
Event Management
- Plan, organize, and execute trade show events from conception to completion.
- Align with all internal teams on needs and requirements for each event to ensure all aspects of event are planned accordingly.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, booth design and setup, and vendor coordination.
- Develop and manage project timelines to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators along with insights and recommendations.
Budget Management:
- Maintain and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Track expenses and provide financial reports as needed.
Collaboration and Leadership:
- Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and partners to achieve marketing objectives.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and creativity.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-10 Years of relevant experience
- Master and or Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a for marketing project management or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of current marketing trends.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Experience in B2B and B2C marketing.
- Knowledge of graphic design principles and tools.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
