Responsibilities:
- Perform automotive repairs and maintenance tasks as assigned
- Conduct vehicle inspections and diagnose mechanical issues
- Repair or replace damaged components, parts, or systems
- Utilize airless paint spraying techniques to apply automotive paint
- Conduct auto estimating for repair costs and timeframes
- Use hand tools and specialized equipment to complete repairs and maintenance tasks
- Weld and solder sheet metal as needed
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety guidelines and industry standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an automotive repair shop or dealership preferred
- Proficiency in airless paint spraying for automotive painting
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair techniques
- Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and schematics
- Familiarity with hand tools and specialized equipment used in automotive repair
- Experience with welding and soldering sheet metal is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
