**Job Summary:**
We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will play a crucial role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and overseeing the implementation of applied behavior analysis techniques. The successful candidate will work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities, providing support, guidance, and celebrating progress along the way. Extensive training and mentorship will be provided to ensure the highest quality of services.
**Duties:**
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis principles
- Conduct assessments to identify individual needs and goals
- Supervise and train behavior technicians in implementing behavior plans
- Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and high quality care for clients
**Qualifications:**
- Master's degree in psychology, special education, or related field
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in data collection methods and analysis
- Strong understanding of behavioral therapy techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
