Job Overview:
Clowns.com is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative/Administrative Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and support various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in using computers, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with booking and scheduling services.
- Maintain and update customer records in our database.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Support special projects and other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computers and office software (e.g., Google Suite).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
