We are Seeking:
ACalifornia P&CLicensed Insurance Sales Producer.Your role entails expanding our company's portfolio by selling diverse insurance policies to both new and current clients. We are in the process of transitioning a $3M book of existing home insurance clients to multiple carriers; we need a committed licensed insurance sales producer to gather client policy data, provide home and auto insurance quotes, nurture client relationships, present quotes, boost sales, and ensure smooth transitions for both existing and new clients.
Responsibilities:
- Collect client policy data to gather quotes from multiple insurance providers, ensuring clients receive the best coverage options.
- Oversee established client relationships, ensuring seamless transitions to new carriers and promptly addressing any client inquiries or issues.
- Actively seek new business prospects by utilizing daily leads and tapping into established client networks.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions, policy specifics, and sales activities through our CRM platform.
Qualifications:
- Hold an active California Property and Casualty (PC) License.
- Previous experience in insurance (minimum three years), customer service, or other related fields.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Strong experience and understanding of property and casualty insurance.
- Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients.
- Develop suitable home and auto quotes based on clients' needs.
- Proven track record in sales, client management, and account management.
- Expand business reach through networking techniques.
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations.
- Track and identify areas of improvement.
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints.
- Proficiency in PC operations and software and Google Drive.
- Experience with Hubspot CRM or similar customer relationship management platforms.
