Swartz Electric is seeking professional and experienced Residential Electrical Supervisors to join our growing team. You will be instrumental in advancing the company and your employee's progress. Successful supervisors will manage the daily activities of their electricians, ensure work is properly to code, troubleshooting and repair, and all other electrical aspects of building an new home.
This position is responsible for:
· Manage, coordinate, and evaluate their electricians.
· Ensure new construction rough in and trim out are done to code and plan.
· Evaluate installations to reduce material wastage and prevent unsightly, hazardous, and unreliable wiring, in line with specification and local electrical codes
· Regularly survey jobsites to monitor ongoing work.
· Maintain productive relationships with subcontractors, project managers, and other trades.
· Analyze and solve electrical work-related problems.
· Personnel decisions like promotions, transfers, or hires.
· Communicate effectively with others, being able to both take and give directions clearly.
· Uphold knowledge of and enforce company safety rules and procedures.
· Support workers by providing assistance with hand tools or other equipment as needed.
· Understand, enforce, and follow all safety procedures.
· Evaluate material, equipment, and labor needed to complete assigned tasks and ensure all necessary items have been ordered and available.
Qualifications
· 2 or more years of experience in New Construction Residential Electrical
· Valid Driver’s License
· Must be able to pass and comply with all safety training, background check, and drug testing requirements
· Physical ability to bend, crouch, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, and work on ladders and scaffolds.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
