This is a 4-6 month contract role providing efficient and flexible administrative support to the hiring event recruitment process as part of the Recruitment Administration Team. Interacts with client, candidates, and executes day-to-day processes for hiring event. The Lead Specialist will work at our client site in Atlanta, Georgia. Hours vary; typical schedules may include: 6:30AM to 3:30PM; 7:30AM to 4:30PM; 9:30AM-6:30PM.
Salary Range: $50-60K
- Makes decisions and solves problems independently. Assists junior colleagues with decision-making/problem-solving when needed.
- Overseeing various administrative activities that may include, but are not limited to:
- Creation of candidate roster/labels, checking candidates in for hiring event
- Updating applicant tracking system as required and ensure data accuracy at all times
- Assist with troubleshooting any technical issues and escalate when necessary
- Providing candidates with information regarding the pre-employment process to include drug screen, background check, fingerprints, and all relative paperwork
- Assist candidates with the completion of paperwork;
- upload all paperwork and ensure submission is accurate
- Help desk support and management of day-to-day candidate queries ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary.
- Weekly upload of candidate training start dates and withdrawals
- Maintain clean work space
- Evaluate candidate behaviors during teamwork exercise and calibrate results with client.
- Observation and monitoring of junior colleagues’ behavior/interactions with client and candidates; provide feedback to Team Lead.
- Provide overall excellent candidate experience.
- Managing the candidate needs and expectations while working to the service levels agreed to with the client.
- Execute projects/special assignments assigned by Team Lead.
- Will be required to work at client site in Atlanta, Georgia; this is not a remote role.
- 3- 4 years of lead role experience in a busy administrative role, customer service environment, or event coordination.
- Solid verbal, written language, and technology skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft package - Outlook, Word, and Excel; comfortable using printer/photocopier, PC and tablet.
- Knowledge of talent acquisition industry, Sharepoint, and Applicant Tracking Systems is an asset.
