The Briarpatch Restaurant is looking for extremely motivated and experienced individuals for a line-cook position. The ideal candidate is passionate about putting out exceptional, high-quality food in a high-volume environment. We are a scratch kitchen specializing in homemade baked goods, pancakes, french toast, waffles, omelettes, and other breakfast and lunch specialties. This is an early morning position, as we are open from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday. This is a full-time position with potential for tremendous growth.
Prior experience in a high volume, fast paced environment is required.
Position pays $25-30 an hour commensurate with ability.
