Job Title: Customer Representative
Reports To: Warehouse Manager
Location: Houston, TX

Qualifications:
- Customer Service experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Ability to learn quickly with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers on order requests, inventory, lead times, and pricing
- Process new customer orders, change orders and shipments in Plex
- Use various customer Web portals to obtain orders/planning schedules, schedule shipments and submit ASNs
- Provide shipping instruction and paperwork to shipping department
- Communicate with internal departments (accounting, planning, quality, sales, shipping)

Education and/or Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Certification from a qualified trade school in a related field, or some college is a plus.
- Previous Customer Service-related experience required.
