- Coordinate and schedule pickup and delivery appointments.
- Support project coordination by organizing files and documents.
- Conduct basic proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy in written communications.
- Assist in customer service activities by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in basic office software applications.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in an office setting or customer service role is a plus.
- Knowledge of office management procedures is beneficial.
