Requirements
- LEAD BY EXAMPLE. Treat your team with respect. Be HONEST about what you do not know how to do. We WILL train the RIGHT person in all areas.
- Previous Automotive Manager experience including leading, training, & developing a team with a history of success. Candidates who have led internet sales teams &/or BDC teams regardless of a past SALES MANAGER title are also encouraged to apply. If you have done BOTH you advance to the top of the list for an interview.
- Great attitude, charisma & people skills including the ability to communicate in person, through email, text, & video & train your team on these skillsets as well.
- You MUST understand that the CRM is key to our success & be willing to utilize all aspects of the system both personally & within the department. You must have experience in utilization of a CRM on a day-to-day basis. Previous experience with Vin is preferred but not required.
- Desire to stay on the forefront of technology with the ability to operate multiple computer systems, phone applications, & various selling tools.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
