Job Summary
Under general direction from the Office of Admission, the designer will conceptualize, create and deliver layout design for prospective undergraduate and graduate print and digital communications while upholding the Office of Admission and University brand standards.
Job Duties
Work closely with communication team directors and copywriters to develop brochures, booklets, flyers, graphics, promotional materials and more for prospective students and their parents.
Develop and manage production schedules for assigned projects, and work with external vendors.
Use the team’s web-based project management system to contribute to and manage projects.
Use a web-based customer relationship management system to manage communication.
Collaborate with staff from the Office of Admission, the Division of Enrollment Management, and other areas of the University to support layout and design needs.
Help develop a comprehensive, integrated admission marketing plan for the University, including themes.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of relevant work experience.
Salary Range Starting From: $46,800 +
Pay commensurate with direct/relevant years of experience

Remote/In-person Expectations
This position will require the individual to work in the office with the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule, up to two days per week remotely, upon completion of the first 6 months of initial onsite training and familiarizing with department work and operations in compliance with the requirements of the SLU Remote Staff Flexible Work Policy.
