Candidates should have the ability to multi-task efficiently and maintain a positive and professional approach with team members and guests. Compensation for this role is a competitive hourly rate, with room for growth. We're interested in a candidate that can work approximately 36-45 hours weekly and has interest in a path towards hospitality management.

Responsibilities:
· Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards.
· Work together with Executive Chef and Sous Chef to create menus and dishes balancing both creativity and tradition.
· Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
· Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment.
· Follow proper food handling and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
· Two years progressive experience in high-volume kitchen.
· Have knowledge of special diets and allergens.
· Proficient in knife skills and various cooking techniques.
· Excellent food handling skills, including proper storage and sanitation practices.
· Are confident leading a team and taking responsibilities.
· Willingness to assist in other areas of the kitchen as needed.
· Are passionate about serving up great food dishes you can be proud of.
· Capable of standing for extended periods of time, and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
