Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal and Administrative Support Specialist with a strong background in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. The ideal candidate will support our legal department and executives by drafting, reviewing, and managing various contracts and legal documents. Additionally, they will ensure compliance with corporate policies, conduct legal research, and provide comprehensive administrative support. This is a remote position, and the candidate must have a dedicated work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Legal Support:
- Assist with preparation, review, and management of legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Draft, update, review, and file various contracts, including NDAs, MNDAs, Letters of Intent, Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Employment Contracts, and Non-Compete Agreements.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulations, including maintaining corporate records and filings.
- Conduct legal research and provide summaries and reports on various legal issues.
- Draft, file, and manage various entity documents for corporate entities.
- Handle trademarks and copyrights.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting preparation.
- Assist with client presentations, deliverables, and proposals.
- Handle mail, update business insurance, and prepare sales reports and materials.
- Assist in booking travel and business development tasks.
- Create newsletters and correspondence.
- Perform office duties (data entry, filing, phone reception, processing forms).
- Maintain a centralized filing system and assist with organizing work-related events.
Other Responsibilities:
- Review, track, and monitor legislation impacting the company’s products and processes.
- Support litigation, mediation, arbitration, and responses to complaints.
- Assist with paperwork for regulatory bodies and compliance programs.
- Perform legal research.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Law, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal, preferably within the BPO industry.
- Strong understanding of corporate law, excellent research and writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Dependability with respect to confidentiality and policies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with international legal matters and compliance.
- Familiarity with BPO industry regulations and standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as a paralegal.
- High School diploma required; undergraduate degree preferred.
- Legally able to be employed in the US.
- Must pass a background check.
- Must have a dedicated, quiet, and professional work environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
