The Program Manager, IPE Programs serves as a member of the Office of Interprofessional Practice and Education (IPE). This office is responsible to oversee and support programming to transform the preparation of the next generation of health sciences professionals to collectively advance health and wellbeing. This position assists in the management, formulation and implementation IPE programs, working across all organizational entities including the Health System, College of Medicine, Faculty Group Practice, and The University as well as external entities. The individual collaborates with leaders, students, administrative staff, and community members to initiate, advise, and assist in the execution and management of the Interprofessional Community Scholars program and other related initiatives.
Position Summary:
The Program Manager facilitates, supports and participates in collaborative initiatives and meetings involving faculty and organization leaders, stakeholders, students, and steering committee members; collaborates with program leaders to proactively provide resources that assists with program planning; works closely with community and campus partners to communicate key information, establish processes, track progress, and support data collection and review for continuous quality improvement; creates, maintains, and distributes program resources, as well as, maintains the online storage applications; engages with internal team members as well as, administrative and faculty leaders to plan and coordinate the development, implementation, and execution of special projects, and other initiatives; assists in the management, formulation and implementation other IPE programs as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2 years of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
