- Utilize QuickBooks for accounting tasks
- Maintain vendor relationships and oversee procurement processes
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or related administrative roles
- Proficiency in calendar management and schedule coordination
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with payroll procedures and financial record keeping
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of vendor management processes
