Summary
Under general supervision and in accordance with Mold Masters Company’s policy and procedures, assist in maintaining and developing aspects of sales and business development from program award to program end of life, with emphasis on the engineering and production aspects of each program or engineering change. Responsible for management of newly awarded programs and transfer business, with the goal of a successful Program Launch and full PPAP Approval.
Basic Function:
To assist in maintaining and managing aspects of sales and business development from program award to program end of life, with emphasis on the engineering and production aspects of each program or engineering change. Effectively represent Mold Masters Company while insuring the company’s and customer’s business objectives are achieved. Communicate effectively with all levels of external customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders including senior management. Develop customer relationships to help foster effective communication, establish program expectations and minimize program risks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Engineering or Business Management. Five or more years of program management experience in the automotive industry. An engineering background and previous injection molding experience within a diverse customer base that includes most OEM’s and Tier One interior system integrators. Experience interfacing with customers, engineering teams, and other management teams within an organization.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
