Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to provide technical assistance to our organization's computer users. The ideal candidate will have expertise in computer networking, software troubleshooting, and system analysis.
Duties:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems
- Respond to IT issues reported by users
- Set up new equipment and perform routine maintenance
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operations
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues
Skills:
- Proficiency in analyzing and resolving technical issues
- Knowledge of Active Directory, LAN, VPN, Linux, Office applications
- Familiarity with TCP/IP protocols
- Experience in software troubleshooting and system configuration
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
