**Administrative Assistant/Office Coordinator in Los Angeles, CA, US (In-Person Role)**
**ROLE SUMMARY:** Join Westminster Capital as an Administrative Assistant, a pivotal position ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. You will handle a variety of general and project-specific administrative tasks with a focus on providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Your mission is to cultivate trust and deliver excellence in all interactions.

**Please note:** - This role requires on-site presence; remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available presently.
Compensation:
$60,000 - $67,000 yearly

Office Administration:

Maintain general upkeep of the office

Greets clients and visitors when they arrive at the office

Monitor office and kitchen supplies and place orders

Assist in vendor relationship management (building management, deliveries, repairs, etc.)

Supporting all departments with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, basic accounting tasks, scheduling meetings, etc.)

Distribute mail and packages

Setting up for meetings

General day-to-day office tasks

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification is required for this Administrative Assistant - Office Coordinator position in Los Angeles, CA, US.
- Previous experience in roles such as Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, Personal or Executive Assistant, Office Admin, or Bookkeeper is preferred.
- Basic knowledge or experience in accounting would be beneficial.
- Experience in real estate or brokerage office settings is considered advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite is a must-have skill for this role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact professionally with staff, property employees, and the Executive team.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities are valued.
- The candidate should be adaptable to changing priorities and demonstrate a positive and friendly attitude.
- The role requires the ability to work independently, lead a team, and possess a strong work ethic along with initiative.
