Customer Service Associate 1
90 Degree Benefits, a (Third Party Administrator) TPA with offices across the country, is seeking service-minded individuals to join our Customer Service team. Initially training will take place in our Knoxville TN office. Once training is completed the position will be remote.
Our customer service team offers prompt and accurate answers to health care claims questions for both providers (doctors and hospitals) and members. We consistently provide thorough and courteous interactions with our clients to ensure a positive 90 Degree Benefits experience.
The ideal candidate for this position enjoys phone interactions and solving problems. To be successful in this role you will need to be a good listener, empathetic, organized, and courteous.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or higher
- Customer Service Experience
- Medical Terminology Required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS office
- Excellent organization and time management skills
