Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to gather information on potential business opportunities and procurement needs.
- Visit markets to assess product availability, pricing, and quality for procurement purposes.
- Provide detailed reports and recommendations based on market research findings.
- Visit clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide solutions or relay information back to the relevant departments.
- Perform banking duties, including deposits, withdrawals, and other related transactions.
- Handle various administrative tasks, such as document delivery, obtaining signatures, and completing paperwork.
- Act as the company’s representative on the ground, ensuring smooth execution of all assigned tasks.
- Provide real-time updates and feedback on market conditions, client interactions, and other relevant information.
- Be available to perform any additional tasks as assigned by the management.
- Act as the company's eyes and ears on the ground, ensuring all external tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid driving license.
- Excellent knowledge of local routes and areas.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Highly reliable and trustworthy with a proactive attitude.
- Previous experience in an administrative or field support role is preferred.
- Experience in market research and client interaction is an advantage.
- Self-motivated and resourceful.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
