Job Title: Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Assist guests with any requests or issues they may have during their stay
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Perform night audit duties as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including night audit procedures
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Ability to handle guest relations effectively and professionally
- Flexibility with work hours
