Alutiiq Career Ventures, LLC (ACV) performs high quality administrative and technical support services to assist Ames Research Center (ARC) and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Armstrong Flight Research Center (AFRC) to fulfill their missions. These services include functions that support ARC and AFRC through ongoing requirements and special projects. ACV provides administrative support functions to assist in the day-to-day operations of the directorates, divisions, branches, and individual projects at ARC and AFRC. While the bulk of the duties are similar in nature, the projects or offices supported may have unique tasks that are performed only in that project or office. Administrative support requirements are split into two categories titled General Administrative Support and Business System Support.
ACV will perform Center Administrative and Technical Support Services (CATSS) functions to support ARC and AFRC activities. The primary ARC is located at Moffett Field, California. The primary AFRC facility is located at Edwards Air Force Base. An additional AFRC facility is in Palmdale, California and some temporary work or support may be required at local communities or other locations.
The Program Manager is responsible to plan, organize, direct, and manage the program to ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled, quality standards are met, and associated expectations of performance are achieved. The Program manager has the autonomy and authority to negotiate and make binding decisions on behalf of the company, including signatory authority.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple concurrent functional tasks
- Providing expert direction and guidance to subordinates
- Developing schedules, formulating work plans, managing and controlling resources
- Serving as point of contact with NASA, Government Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), Task Monitors and/or customer personnel
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree and at least 10 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity.
- A minimum of 6 years in management of multiple functional areas with diverse missions is required.
Typical Salary Range $130,602 to $163,252
