Electrical Control Wiring Technician

Position Summary:
The Electrical Assembler will assemble switchboards, panel boards, etc. to engineering and mechanical prints, bills of material, and assembly instructions.

In This Role You Will:
- Assemble electrical systems by installing components, assemblies, and wiring to standards.
- Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports to determine materials requirements or assembly instructions.
- Performs any assembly-type functions, using hand, power tools, equipment, and testing instrumentation.
- Clean and maintain equipment, machinery, and workstations daily.
- Position, align, and adjust parts for proper fit and assembly.
- Test assembled parts to ensure functionality.
- Wire, solder, and crimp connectors to raw wire per documentation provided.
- Identify and report any faulty components or hazardous conditions during the assembly process.
- Ensure all work performed meets or exceeds quality standards.
- Prepare all surfaces and components as necessary to ensure no damage occurs during assembly and testing.
- Follow all quality, environmental, health and safety programs.
Skills:
· Electrical wiring experience preferred.
· Must be able to read mechanical drawings, wiring schematics and diagrams.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Detail orientated.
