As our Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for providing day to day oversight:
Essential Functions:
- Manage the day-to-day warehouse functions of the operations.
- Recruit, develop, manage, and train employees to ensure all SOPs are being followed and all GWP’s.
- Monitor and adjust warehouse operations, with continuous improvements.
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
- Ensure the company’s operational procedures, policies, and standards are followed.
- Oversee maintenance of MHE Equipment.
- Oversee closely all inventory functions and have full understanding of the warehouse selection process and inventory cycle counts, using WMS.
- Ensure the warehouse sanitation team, are following all cleaning procedures, and maintains a clean and orderly facility.
- Collaborate with other Distribution Centers to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to operations
- Coordinates efforts with the Safety department to aid in training, conducting associate observations, up-dating preferred work methods, conducting accident investigations to determine root causes and routine safety inspections.
- Ensures contingency systems/practices/protocols are in place to eliminate business disruption.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in operations
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Produce Pro ERP software a plus
- Transportation and Warehousing experience in the Food industry
- Strong leadership and people management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of delivering results and driving operational excellence
- Must pass pre-hire drug screen and physical
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to read, speak, write and understand English, bilingual a plus
Work Schedule:
- 5-day work week Sunday thru Friday with Saturday off & a weekday TBD off
- 6th day as need for growth/coverage
. Start time 2 pm to ends of daily operations
- Some mandatory Holiday work included
- This is an in-person position

Compensation:
- Salary $70,000 - $75,000, based on experience
