Job Summary: As a Semiconductor Process Engineer at Solid State Devices, Inc., you will play a critical role in the development and optimization of semiconductor manufacturing processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and innovation in our production line.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, optimize, and implement semiconductor fabrication processes, including lithography, etching, deposition, and cleaning.

Conduct experiments and analyze data to improve process performance, yield, and reliability.

Collaborate with design, product, and quality engineering teams to resolve process-related issues and improve product performance.

Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other methodologies to monitor and enhance process stability and capability.

Support new product introduction (NPI) by developing robust process flows and documentation.

Provide technical support and training to production and maintenance teams.

Stay current with industry trends and advancements in semiconductor processing technologies.

Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

8+ years of experience in semiconductor process engineering or a related role.

Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment.

Proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control (SPC) techniques.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Experience with CAD and simulation tools is a plus.

Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in semiconductor manufacturing.
