mdINR, a national supplier of in-home INR monitors, is looking for remote Call Center Representatives that will be a liaison between our company and current customers. A successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Responsibilities
- Manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives to their needs. Assist customers with Supply reorders, tracking supply shipments, reporting their INR values, troubleshooting INR device as well as providing patient support
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Maintain Excellent Customer Service as our CORE values
- Follow all regulatory policies and procedures to include HIPPA requirements
Requirements
· Previous experience working from home and/or in a call center preferred
· Strong phone, and verbal communication skills along with active listening
· Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
· Excellent attendance track record is important
· High school diploma
Must be able to provide your own computer hardware, software and home internet in a quiet/private environment. Employees are prohibited from being a caregiver at home during their shift while working remotely. The minimum requirements are:
